Nicole Davis Bartlett
Nicole started breathing for transformation in 2017 while taking full ownership of the business she helped build in 2015, the Louisville Salt Cave. She is a Reiki Master, certified breathwork facilitator, peace advocate, wife, and mother of three children.
Nicole’s daily meditation practice keeps her grounded in times of change, and she brings a deep, sacred offering to facilitating. She calls her practice Breath of the Wild, illustrating reverence and divine play.
Breath of the Wild
Breathwork opens a doorway beyond ordinary consciousness—one that allows deep insight, release, and reconnection. It reminds us that the body is not a barrier to spiritual growth—it’s the gateway. In moments of overwhelm or awakening, the breath steadies us, carries us deeper, and opens doors we didn’t know were there.
These states reveal truths the mind can’t reach—about resilience, belonging, and the nature of the soul. Yet what matters most isn’t the transcendence itself, but how we integrate what we find there.
This practice isn’t about escaping life. It’s about entering it more fully.
