Beginner Acro Yoga

Step into the playful world of Acro Yoga. This workshop focuses on connection, coordination, and communication, using slow movements and static holds to safely lift, balance, and flow with a partner.

Students should be able to hold a 30-second plank and have a basic understanding of yoga foundations, which will help support stability, alignment, and awareness as you explore simple acro moves.

Through guided exercises, games, and partner support, you’ll experience the joy of flying, balancing, and creating together—building confidence, presence, and shared laughter. Partner optional—come ready to play!

Support & Surrender: Thai Yoga for Emotional Lightness

Experience the art of Thai Yoga in a playful, supportive partner practice that blends grounding touch, mindful movement, and shared breath. Everyone is welcome—experience the joy of giving and receiving, partner optional

We’ll begin at the feet—our constant supporters—learning the foundational principles of land, nest, and lean to build trust and ease.

You’ll explore gentle oscillations through the legs to release the hips and low back, move along compression Sen lines, and practice simple techniques like thumb pressure, supported twists, and arm stretches to open to the lines to the heart. Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn how Thai Yoga becomes a dance between giver and receiver—guided by communication, consent, and the yoga principles of breath, presence, and subtle listening.

We’ll finish with nourishing head holds, heart-opening touch, and an uplifting energetic reset that leaves the body lighter and the nervous system deeply soothed.
