Meditation for World Peace
True peace in the world begins within the heart of each person. In this guided 60-minute experience, we’ll journey inward to calm the nervous system, expand compassion, and anchor frequencies of harmony that ripple outward to the collective field.
We’ll begin by gently grounding the body through mindful breath and light movement to prepare the energy system for meditation. Through guided visualization and Reiki-infused energetic alignment, you’ll be invited to release the heaviness of the world and open the channels of peace within your own heart.
From there, we’ll move into a deep, heart-centered meditation designed to harmonize your inner state with the vibration of global coherence — connecting to the truth that every peaceful breath contributes to planetary healing.
