As a dancer and dance instructor in her 20s, Adrienne has always found herself deep in movement. After multiple injuries, she found a home in yoga where she could repair her body with peace and ease. Her yoga path was sporadic yet continual, and in 2022 she embarked on a yoga teacher training with Authentic Yoga Teacher Training in Montañita, Ecuador. After receiving her RYT 200, she has been teaching various workshops, guiding students through gentle and vinyasa flows at OM8 Collective and teaching on the beach in Montañita at Casa del Sol – the magical place where she was gifted the knowledge to guide others on this magical path that is yoga. In the spring of 2025, Adrienne started Open Space Yoga with the dream that yoga can be brought to any one, in any space.
