In this playshop, a guided yoga practice is offer as framework for coming to a deep understanding of one’s body. The focuses is on feeling what your body needs, and what to do with that information. All this is within a context of learning to use our bodies well, despite situations we find ourselves. I share proper movement patterns, informed by your experience with your body, for moving safely & effectively through this world! This is a follow-up to the workshop of the same name last year. We cover basic movement patterns, as well as delving deeper into what anatomical empowerment can do for you off the mat! Come ready to move, be playful, and explore deeply!
