Take your asana to the line! This playshop is designed for slackliners & yoga practitioners of all skill levels. We'll explore basic & intermediate yoga poses that help build the strength & flexibility needed to take slacklining to the next level. We increase the intensity of some poses by utilizing the slackline as an exercise prop, like a fitness ball. For the advanced practitioners. We'll take yoga poses to the slackline, and work towards developing routine and flow on the line. Slack-Librium instructors offer adjustments & variations for every pose so you can truly make the practice your own.
