Expect her workshops to be highly interactive and rich in raw experiences of self.
Ho'oponopono & Mental Cleansing Practices (Beginner) Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice that has been traditionally been used to correct, restore, and maintain good relationship among family members. Used to encourage and reflect the need for radical responsibility in ones life, the elements of its practice are being explored more and more as a modern mental cleansing practice which focuses on loving oneself as the greatest way to change. This workshop will delve into some of the history of the practice, a layout of its technique, and ways its being used in a modern society for mental cleaning. Opportunities for interactive participation using the technique will be offered.
Inner Child Connection (Beginner) Sarah Smitha will facilitate a 60min workshop exploring our deepest sensitivities, and the effects of our inner child on our day to day life. She will create a safe space to explore interactive ways to begin to acknowledge, access, build a relationship with, and begin the healing journey of our individual inner child. Please note that any interactive activity is optional and each individual claims the right to participate or not participate in any part of the workshop. This workshop will end with one of the most powerful group activities I have ever experienced and I can't wait to share it with you.
