We like to begin our day with mindfulness & meditation. So, we figured we'd send out the invite for the rest of y'all to join us! Everyday at 11 AM, Slack-Librium offers guided meditations & mindfulness discussion circles, for anyone interested in participating. We'll explore different types of meditations each morning, ranging from breath based techniques, to loving kindness meditation, to eye gazing! After our practice is complete, we'll open the circle for discussion & exploration of thoughts, feelings, and experiences with each other in a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment.
