Laughter Yoga is a mind-body exercise which counteracts the negative effects of stress and has a profound effect on health and well being. It was developed by a medical doctor from India and is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot tell the difference between simulated and real laughter. In laughter yoga we don’t need jokes, comedy or even a sense of humor to receive the benefits of genuine laughter. It is accomplished through laughter exercises, deep breathing, stretching & playfulness.
