Julia Szilagyi is an ERYT200, YACEP living and working in SWFL. For years Julia was an athlete, runner, and avid-anxiety experiencer. It wasn't until college that she finally decided to try Yoga as a way to heal her wounds. After that first class, she was hooked. She practiced yoga regularly for four years, before taking her yoga teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico in 2015. She has since trained with Master teachers Seane Corn, Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman, Tiffany Cruikshank, Taylor Harkness, Craig Perkins, and Christopher Perkins and has taught professional athletes, Fortune 500 CEO's, among many others. Her thirst for alternative healing knowledge pushed Julia to continue her education in health and wellness. She became a Holistic Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is also a Certified Reiki Energy Healer. Along with teaching yoga full-time, her passions include hiking, traveling, trying out new vegan recipes, and cuddling with her dog, Tootsie. Julia aspires to inspire through her unique and approachable teaching methods, as well as with her popular workshops and seminars. She hopes to travel the world with this practice, and help others connect deeply with themselves in all the ways possible.
