Margaret (E-RYT 500) specializes in subtle, somatic-focused movement, creating classes that invite students into the present moment to assuage chronic pain and stress while building sustainable strength. Teaching since 2018, her work is deeply informed by the realization that brought her to the mat: yoga’s profound ability to heal both body and mind, overcoming debilitating back pain, anxiety, and panic attacks following surgery in 2013. Margaret, who holds a 500-hour certification, brings her experience to diverse communities, including studios, schools, and senior living. When she isn’t studying yoga and its meditative power, she teaches English at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
