A basic yoga flow that utilizes your hoop to dive deeper in to meditation while gaining better control of your body and hoop. Combining the flow and movement of the hoop with the asana of yoga you will discover new ways to express both of your practices. We will be focusing on alignment and targeting specific areas of the body. Suggestions will be made to use your hoop at a balancing tool to help support your yoga practice or as a tool to challenge yourself getting deeper into the poses.
All skill levels are welcome but basic waist hoop is encouraged, no yoga experience is needed. Some hoops and extra yoga mats will be available to borrow.
