Basic control of the hoop while hand and foot hooping will help in this class, but it's really open to any level, from curious beginners to seasoned hoopers just toe-dipping ;) into this skill. We will focus on the fundamentals of comfortable, controlled foot hooping. We'll cover foot hooping while standing and lying down, different ways to start the hoop with feet and hands, transferring the hoop between your feet from different positions, transitioning back out of foot hooping, how in the world to incorporate foot hooping into flow, and bonus! some inversions (headstands, shoulder stands, etc.).
